I’m charming, I’m healthy, I’m fit, and I bring big-time Mexican flavor! Although I’m not your traditional Mexican taco filling, you’ll surely love my tender chicken that’s marinated to perfection in bold flavors and spices. It’s hard work being the best-looking taco north of the border, but someone’s got to do it.

• My favorite exercise is the bicep curl.

• I’m pretty popular with the ladies. 

• I love flour tortillas, roja (red) salsa, avocado, and extra grilled onions.

Listen up! When you think Mexican street tacos, think El Jefe! My traditional street-style pork originated in Central Mexico and is the #1 taco in the country. Just one taste and you’ll understand why. My pork is roasted to perfection and topped with fresh sliced pineapple, a flavor combination that will have you coming back for more.

You know what they say - go big or go home. I originated in Northern Mexico, close to the Texas border, where meat is loved, savored, and respected. My steak is meaty, tender and juicy with BIG, bold flavors that are sure to bring out the inner cowboy in you. Saddle up - it’s taco time!
